Check what happened.

A receipt confirms that an event was accepted. Processing, approved use and final reporting are separate states. These endpoints expose bounded, permitted views rather than raw event storage.

Events and reports

Use an organization-wide key with analytics:read to list Event Definitions and their governance state, inspect one event receipt, list Reports and Dashboards, or query a saved Dashboard card for at most 31 days. Check the returned status before assuming a Journey or Segment can use an event.

Customer order history

The independent customer_history:read scope reads an allowlisted order snapshot for a specified Profile. It does not expose payment credentials or the provider's raw order payload.

Your Fendsy account

The account_billing:read scope returns your Organization's plan, usage and invoice summary. It cannot start a checkout or change payment details. Customer purchase history is a different permission.
