Product guide
Start with a reviewed source.
When a workspace manages more than one Site, reuse existing privacy details and consent pages as a starting point. Site facts are saved separately for the target; a copied consent page has its own key and review before visitors see a published change.
Copy Site details
- Open Consent & Privacy in your workspace and choose the target Site from Scope.
- Open Site details, then choose Copy from Site. Only Sites in the same workspace appear.
- Read the field preview, including legal entity, contacts, purposes, recipients, retention, languages and child or third-party Form settings.
- Choose Copy details. The target receives its own saved facts; the source stays unchanged. Review the target's details and notices for its domain, audience and legal requirements.
If either Site changes after the preview, reload and review the latest facts before copying. Copying details does not publish a privacy notice.
Copy a consent page
- In Consent pages, find the page you want to reuse and choose Copy page.
- Review the source revision and enter a new, unique page key.
- Create the draft copy. Its owner and legal review must be recorded for the copied revision before publication.
The original public page and link stay published. If the source revision changes while you are copying, the operation asks you to review it again. Preview the new page and its Site links before publication.
Cookie choices, Form legal acceptance, channel marketing consent and messaging eligibility are separate records. Copying a page or Site details does not copy a visitor's consent or subscribe anyone to marketing.
